They would be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment for our daycare and preschool classrooms and staff! Job Duties Include:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the center:
maintaining staffing ratios, overseeing implementation of curriculum, staff training, children's records, and other duties.
Maintain the safety and well-being of the staff and children in the center.
Create positive relationships with families and parents to provide exceptional care and meet the needs of the child and family.
Ensure the center is in program compliance with Anna's Bananas Daycare & Preschool policies and procedures.
Ensure the center is in compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services - Rule 9503.
Provide tours for potential families and help throughout the enrollment process.
Have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to lift children up to 40 pounds.
