Inbound Sales Representative Part-Time

Summary:
The position is on-site located in our Burnsville, MN office with the opportunity to work remotely with management approval after successfully completing training.
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be playing a crucial role in the sales process by providing a customer-centric approach to guide potential and current customers through the buying process. In this position you can earn uncapped commission from the comfort of your own home office handling incoming sales inquiries, selling luxury goods, beautiful jewelry, and fine watches.
No cold calling! Our customers call you!
Average Inbound Representative makes $25/hour, with top reps making as much as $50/hour when factoring commission and hourly pay together.
Compensation: $20 per hour while in training.
Training: On-site in the Burnsville sales office
Work Schedule: Thursday Tuesday (at least work 4 out of 5 days, max 25 hours)
1:00p.m.- 6:00p.m.
2:00p.m.- 7:00p.m.
3:00p.m.- 8:00p.m.
Requirements:
Background in sales or customer service preferred but not required.
A people person who enjoys meeting new people and talking on the phone.
A good working knowledge of sales techniques a plus.
Candidates must be excited to sell, earn commission, and have the ambition to meet sales goals.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent phone skills and ability build genuine rapport and trust with customers.
Problem solving skills to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Ability and enthusiasm to become passionate about selling a product.
Disciplined in working from home, including a quiet and focused area to work.
Strong communication skills
Call center, experience a plus!
Takes initiative and self-motivator.
