The purpose of this position is to operate the Front-Of-House operations efficiently and effectively according to our Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures set forth.
The primary goal of the AGM is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed Staff deliver great food within the timing standards, in a great atmosphere.
The AGM is accountable for the operational performance of their shift and the employees that are scheduled for the shift and it is the AGM's job to ensure that all standards are met.
The AGM is the primary support manager for the General Manager.
