We are always looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to help us spread the word about our client's brand.
As a Marketing Customer Service Associate, you will be an integral part of increasing brand engagement and client relations by planning events that get people excited about connecting with a brand.
You will work closely with our experiential marketing department to achieve company goals, such as communicating value through visible displays or testimonials at local shows/festivals, where customers can engage more personally than ever before.
Additionally, you will track feedback from these encounters via online survey tools, all while representing your assigned territory's reputation.
Responsibilities:
Work on promotional marketing campaigns.
Assist in coordinating and planning experiential marketing events.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop creative solutions that increase client brand awareness and engagement.
Plan and execute customer service strategies with the team while working closely with the client.
Track customers' preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas.
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers' requests.

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Knowledge of marketing principles and understanding of customer behavior.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
The desired candidate should possess knowledge and skills in marketing principles and understanding of consumer behavior or have experience in a related field, or hold an Associate's Degree in a related field.
