OverviewM Health Fairview is looking for a Nutrition Services Aide on the Ridges Campus in Burnsville, Minnesota! This opportunity entails preparing food portions, assembles and disassembles patient trays in a safely, serves customers, delivers and retrieves patient trays.
This is a new and engaging position where you will be able to acquire experience and knowledge in a fast paced environment.
Nutrition Services staff directly influences the patient, guest, and staff experience by preparing and serving the food that sustains happiness in everyone through their healing.
Although this position is not benefit eligible, it is still a phenomenal opportunity to engage directly with patients and staff, and an opportunity to work together on a team of engaged employees in a positive atmosphere!Schedule:

00pm and every weekend21 hours per 2-week periodResponsibilities Approximately 50 employees in the department Benefits included for positions with 48 hours per pay period or above.
150 bed hospital Handles and stores food safely while following HACCP standard operating procedures.
Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
Exhibits abilities to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
Works as a team to ensure proper cleaning procedures are used to sanitize dirty dishes.
Frequently grabs soiled utility carts from various floors in the building and cleans all items as needed.
Records data and logs it using daily operations paperwork provided to ensure accurate temps are in place.

Current employees must have completed both vaccination schedules on or before October 31, 2021.
Beginning August 9, 2021, any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
Annual flu vaccinations are also required before the employment start date for employees who begin employment during the flu season.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
