We do service, remodeling, and new construction.
We are a growing south metro plumbing shop, working throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
Our company is based on quality of craftsmanship and customer service.
We are looking for honest, dedicated, self-motivated team members who take pride in the quality of their work.
Good communication skills are a must as candidates will be interacting with contractors, co-workers and customers.
Job duties would include:
answering phone calls/texts/emails, scheduling clients and employees, applying for permits, scheduling inspections, ordering fixtures, creating documents, spreadsheets and forms, QuickBooks and other office needs.
Employee will be required to work in in the office M-F 8 hours per day.
Qualifications Requirement:
ability to create spreadsheets with formulas in Excel and Google sheets.
Service Fusion Quick Books Create documents and forms Use scheduling software.
Service Fusion is a plus.
Must be highly motivated Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills, attention to detail Working knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office applications including Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Excel, QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time Professional appearance and personality Compensation Based on Experience.
