We are seeking an outgoing, motivated group sales and event assistant.
Buck Hill is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and goal driven group sales and event assistant to help fill our ski hill and venue calendar.
The Event and Group Sales Assistant main role is to help plan, solicit, and book various groups looking to book venue space at Buck Hill as well as coordinate any on hill ticketing requests.
Drive growth by following up on organic leads that have come in via email or phone.
Develop relationships with our customers through phone, email, and in person communication.
Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to help fill our venue calendar.
Develop relationships and close sales quickly.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules meetings and interviews.
Help manage venue calendar Sort, track, and respond to leads Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Performs other duties as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree 0-2 years of experience in a sales-driven or administrative assistant environment.

Salary Description $16 - $18 Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Hardworking And Dedicated Lead Generation Presentations Sales Telephone Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
