Responsibilities:
Assist event planners Assist with sales of house accounts and repeat clients Manage vendors:
assure that the communication w/ vendors is clear and accurate and that orders are received and executed correctly Order supplies for events Pack for events Onboard and welcome new team members Assist w/ scheduling staff for upcoming events via our scheduling software Record hours and feedback for payroll Communicate on a daily basis with event staff answering any questions related to their upcoming events.
