We are seeking a Chiropractic Office Assistant with strong organizational skills, get- it-done mentality, and a caring yet direct communication style.

Details of the Day to Day The office assistant reports to the clinic director and is responsible for scheduling patients, collecting payments, preparing clinic documents, printing reports, documenting statistics, and reporting results to the team.
We'll show you how to increase team unity using daily check-ins and weekly accountability meetings to establish a high performing team.
You will coordinate clinic schedules and be responsible for ensuring the schedules are accurate and designed for flow and efficiency.
The office assistant is a quality control agent for the experience of the patients, the staff members, and the clinicians.
Your communication ability must be top notch.
This position coordinates our systems and procedures with our vision and goals in mind.
This requires teamwork, staying on task, and a strong attention to the details of our systems and policies.
You'll be trained and required to use EHR software and follow HIPAA privacy policy practices.
