As an Administrative Assistant at RZ Industries you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately input and manage data, maintaining organized records and databases.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Social Media:
Assist in creating engaging social media content and campaigns that reflect our brand and engage our audience.
Office Management:
Handle light office management duties, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
Flexibility:
Adapt to evolving priorities and take on new tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven data entry and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
Basic social media skills, including content creation and scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Can be other options.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.

Previous office management experience is a plus but not required.
