We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant and busy assisted living in Burnsville, MN.
As well, will be given on the job training to be able to pass medications.
No CNA/NAR required, unless under 18 years old.
This full time caregiver position includes; 64 hours per two weeks Night shift Every other Saturday/Sunday and holidays rotation Full Benefits; https:

Arbor Lane Memory Care unit is located at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.
We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split near Apple Valley/South Bloomington in Burnsville, MN.

Responsibilities/
Job Description:
Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to:
bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include:
laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population CNA certificated if under 18 Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
