We're seeking a tech-savvy, customer-first team player to support customers and assist in managing installation and service projects.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Take calls from customers re:
service issues, trouble-shoot if possible, or schedule service call Create and send invoices, enter payments, and follow up on collections Request service authorizations from state agencies Get part prices, estimate labor hours Order parts and track shipments Coordinate and pack return parts and verify credits from vendorsOur ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
At least three years' experience in telephone/computer-based customer service High school diploma Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management (CRM) systems Lifeway Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
