Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Create and curate compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to fitness, training, and wellness, and actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for innovative ways to leverage emerging platforms and features.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and collateral as needed, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and engagement.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts and captions.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
