Human Resources Generalist.
Job Summary HR professionals are responsible for managing the most valuable asset of any organization - its employees.
The functions and responsibilities are strategic planning, compliance requirements, growing the business, employee development and training, talent management, and preparing for the future.
HR professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of these responsibilities and how they contribute to the overall success of the organization.
From developing and implementing strategic plans to ensuring legal compliance, HR professionals must be able to manage and execute a wide range of responsibilities.
Duties Include:
Nurtures employees through onboarding, training, development programs, and Offboarding.
Maintain accurate and secure employee records, manage employee benefits, and oversee payroll processes.
Fulfills workforce planning, recruitment, and selection responsibilities Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals, identify required competencies, and develop HR strategies that support business goals, Ensure talent management through employee experience, engagement, and performance.
Ability to drive to all of the 245D and Assisted Living Homes (Prior Lake, Burnsville, Lakeville, Maplewood)

Qualifications:
High School education/GED or previous work experience.
1 - 2 years of experience with Recruiting or in a related field.
