Must reside within driving distance to our Burnsville, MN office - position is on-site with the opportunity to work remote.

Summary:
As an Inbound Sales Representative you can make some serious money from the comfort of your own home office. This is a phone sales position where you'll be taking inbound calls and will be selling luxury goods, gemstones, and fine watches while providing exceptional service to our customers. This position starts out with a compensation of $20/Hr.
Average Inbound Representative makes $25/hour, with top reps making around $50/hour - when factoring commission in addition to base pay.
Compensation: $20 per hour while in training.
Training: (on-site, with opportunity to go remote with management approval):
Schedule: Thursday “ Monday, 6 pm “ 11 pm (at least 4 out of 5 days, max 25 hours)
Requirements:
Background of sales or customer service preferred.
People person who enjoy meeting new people and talking on the phone.
Good working knowledge of sales techniques.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent phone skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers.
Candidates must be hungry to sell and have the ambition to meet sales goals.
Ability and enthusiasm to become passionate about selling a product.
Disciplined in working from home, including a quiet and focused area to work.
Self-motivated, goal orientated and a strong closer.
Knowledge and/or love of jewelry, watches and collectibles a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems, or applications while interacting with customers.
