At least 1 evening required a week (we are open until 8-7 Monday-Thursday, 8-6 Friday).
1 weekend every 8 weeks.
Shifts would be Saturday morning in our Edina office and Sunday morning in our Burnsville office.

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service - Handle patient payments Skills - Proficient in medical billing, coding, and terminology - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Job Type:
