We are hiring a full time patient coordinator for those with a flexible schedule, willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Our busy office requires a talented patient coordinator to facilitate patient flow for our doctors and opticians.
Our team works together to provide top quality exams and eye wear in a stylish and fun environment.
As a retail-based location, this position includes some evenings and weekends and general scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities:
Running pre-testing equipment on patients before their eye exam with the Optometrist Checking our Patients in and out Authorizing insurance for patient visits and eyewear Assist opticians in required office work Confirm patient appointments Maintaining patient files/records Light cleaning responsibilities
