As a Front Counter Team Member you will greet guests, take and prepare customer orders on the front counter, maintain cleanliness, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Since you will often be the first person our guests see when coming into the restaurant, we are looking for caring individuals with a fantastic smile! We will teach you everything else you need to know! Pay is dependent on performance and availability.
REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Must have a welcoming presence We focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
