Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providing information on product offerings, pricing, and availability Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions Prepare and present rental quotes, contracts, and agreements to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Follow up with customers to confirm orders, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the rental process.
Assist in managing equipment reservations, pickups, and returns.
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, availability, and condition Program, clean and test rental equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with customer requirements Administrative tasks such as processing orders, generating reports, and maintaining documentation Invoicing Manage customer information Inventory management Skills:
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service or related field Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Aptitude for fostering positive relationships and collaborating effectively within a team Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail Desire to learn two-way radio industry Ability to work independently and collaboratively MS Office (strong in excel) Requirements:
Ability to pass background check Valid driver's license Work Authorization Related Job Experience (5
years) Access to a vehicle and ability to drive locally to customers as needed Physical Requirements:
Perform light office duties Ability to lift and move 50 pounds Full mobility of arms, hands and shoulders Education:
