This is a 2nd shift
designed to help 1st shift employees be more efficient with order picking responsibilities. This person will mostly be responsible for performing daily cycle counts and putting incoming parts away in both Main Burnsville and Satellite stores, but daily
responsibilities can change depending upon the situation. A person who can remain flexible and is a great team player will perform very well in this position.
Follow all EH&S; rules.
Comply with Code of Ethics.
Complete all required training.
Complete necessary SAP transactions.
Put incoming parts away.
Pick and kit parts for the production floor.
Perform cycle count as scheduled.
Minimum high school diploma or GED Previous experience working in a shipping/distribution setting is preferred.
Must be able to work well within a team environment.
Must be detail oriented, with focus on accuracy and quality.
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as necessary to complete the work and ensure the production floor does not run out of work.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
