Leader of a Program team to ensure successful project execution to an established statement of work
Establish program deliverables
Define program objectives with clear success criteria
Identify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, insure mitigations and /or contingency plans are executed.
Develop Detailed Plan using appropriate lean methods
Lead customer formal program interaction i.e. reviews, readiness etc.
Monitor and report program progress
Identify and control scope changes. Insure potential changes are coordinated with Business Development for negotiations.
Escalate risk and issues for resolution as appropriate
Track program deliverables and ensure timely completion
Document Customer acceptance of deliverables
Support Business Development to reach agreement on initial scope and /or requirements for the programEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
