Sensors & Integrated Systems is leading provider of cutting-edge sensors and sensor-based systems for the commercial aerospace and defense industries including electronic flight bags, air data systems, ice detection and protection systems, fuel measurement and management systems, guidance navigation and control systems, health and usage management systems, rescue hoists, mission data recorders and sensing suites for aircraft engines.
This is a FP&A senior management role supporting Sensors and Integrated Systems, one of the largest drivers of top line growth for the Power, Controls and Sensing Systems Segment of UTAS. There will be a high degree of interaction with PCSS (Power, Control and Sensing Systems) FP&S, SIS (Sensors and Integrated Systems) FP&A, SIS Finance, Operations, Engineering and Business Development.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading team of 3-4 financial analysts
- Developing & improving financial analysis capabilities throughout the SIS organization
- Ensuring deliverables and deadlines to PCSS corporate are met with satisfactory information and timeliness
- Lead forecast, annual plan and 5-year plan process
- Interface with various entities to consolidate monthly results
- Analysis of SIS / SBU earnings statement and balance sheet
- Prepare financial presentations and analysis for Leadership Reviews, consistent interaction with ELT (Exceutive Leadership Team)
- Application of ACE/Quality tools to streamline processes
