Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Requires use of a few simple hand tools. Technical Tasks:
oTest and calibrate parts
oAccurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
oAccurately read blueprints.
oDemonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
oDemonstrate proper use of electrical/mechanical measuring devices. Customer Focus:
oResponsible for quality.
oResponsible for building parts that meet customer expectations.
oMeet customer deadlines Other:
oAbility to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required.
oTake ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs.
oWork successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasks.
oEffectively interact & communicate within team and other functional groups.
oProactively participate in cost reductions
Qualifications
oMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
oMinimum
Experience: not required, but preferred.
oProduction experience is preferred.
oAbility to read prints and follow assembly instruction.
oMust be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
oAbility to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
oMust be highly motivated and dedicated to exceed customer expectations.
