Director of Nursing
The Lodges Company is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing.
Director of Nursing (Burnsville and Elko)
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation for care and services provided to clients while overseeing licensed staff and home health aides. Able to manage nursing operations of assisted living in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practices and government regulations.
Qualifications
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse licensure in good standing
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Management or supervisory experience in assisted living or long term care preferred
Knowledge of EW and CADI helpful
Must be able to effectively work in team oriented environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
